Payment & Order Policy

A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due at pickup or before delivery. We provide retail custom embroidery only and do not offer wholesale or contract embroidery. Final pricing is confirmed after artwork, placement, stitch count, and quantity review.
