We believe in clear expectations and straightforward pricing. The estimates below are designed to help you plan your project.

Most orders are completed in 5–7 business days after proof approval. Smaller orders may be faster. Rush options may be available.

Payment & Order Policy
A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
The remaining 50% balance is due at pickup or before delivery.
Retail custom onlyno wholesale or contract embroidery.

Embroidery Pricing Estimates

  • Items should be clean + unworn (no lint, pet hair, fragrances, or stains)
  • Best results on stable fabrics (cotton, twill, fleece, performance knits with minimal stretch)
  • Some materials may require special handling (nylon, heavy stretch, thick seams, waterproof coatings)
  • We’ll recommend placement to avoid seams, zippers, pockets, and bulky panels
  • Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing artwork + placement + stitch count

Up to 4"

Best for: Left chest, sleeves, cap fronts/panels/sides

4"–8"

Best for: Full front, jacket chest, vertical sleeves

8" -12"

Best for: Jacket backs, bags, blankets, pillowcases

Over 12"

Best for: Oversized jacket backs, tablecloths, upholstery, drapery

Personalization

Custom names are a great add-on for teams, workwear, and gifts. Pricing depends on the style and number of thread colors used.
