We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion, including requests that we believe are inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

Once you approve the proof, the project moves into production. Changes after approval may not be possible, and additional charges may apply.
Turnaround times vary by order size, garment availability, and production schedule. Any turnaround estimate provided is an estimate—not a guarantee.
Rush service may be available only when our production schedule allows and may include additional fees. Rush requests are not confirmed until accepted in writing.
Embroidery is a stitched product and natural variations can occur, including:

If we supply the garments, we will recommend products that embroider well and match your goals.
If you provide your own garments (“customer-supplied items”):
We may decline customer-supplied garments if we believe they are not suitable for embroidery.
Local pickup and/or delivery may be available in the San Antonio area based on scheduling.
If shipping is requested, shipping costs and timelines will be discussed during the quote process. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order leaves our facility.

If you receive an item with a production defect or an error that is our responsibility, contact us within 7 days of receiving/picking up the order. We may request photos and/or return of the item(s) for review.
