FAQs

Ordering & Pricing

No, we do not charge setup fees.

All design and digitizing work is handled in-house as part of your project. This allows us to maintain quality control and ensure your design is created specifically for embroidery—not simply converted from existing artwork.

Minimum order requirements vary depending on the item type and project scope.

Certain garments and specialty items may require a minimum quantity to ensure production efficiency. Details will be provided during the quote process so you can plan accordingly.

Yes, single-item projects are possible.

Please note that embroidery pricing becomes more cost-effective as quantities increase. One-off items typically require more setup and production time per piece, which can result in a higher per-item cost compared to ordering multiple items.

Most designs are embroidered using a limited number of thread colors for clarity and durability.

As a general guideline, up to 15 colors can be used within a single design. Designs requiring additional colors may be possible, depending on complexity, and may involve additional cost.

In practice, embroidered logos typically translate best with fewer colors, which helps maintain clean detail and stitch quality.

Production & Turnaround

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on design complexity, order size, and current production volume.

  • Typical production timelines:
3–5 business days for orders under 12 pieces
  • 5–7 business days for orders of 12–36 pieces
  • Orders of 36+ pieces are scheduled and quoted individually

A firm completion date will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Rush service may be available for select projects.

Simple designs, names, and smaller orders are often eligible for expedited production. More complex or custom projects may be rushed on a case-by-case basis, depending on current production capacity.

Any rush fees will be quoted and approved prior to order confirmation.

Design size depends on the garment type, placement, and overall design detail.

As a general guideline:
• Left or right chest designs typically fall within 3.5″–5″ wide
• Sleeve designs are usually 2″–4″ wide, depending on garment size
• Cap and beanie designs are typically up to 2.25″ tall and 5″ wide
• Visor designs are generally up to 1.25″ tall and 4.5″ wide
• Full back or full front designs can reach up to 15″ × 15″

Final sizing is always reviewed and approved during the proofing process to ensure the best visual result for your specific item.

Yes. Digital proofs are provided for approval before production begins.

Proofs allow you to review placement, sizing, and overall layout to ensure everything looks exactly as expected before embroidery starts.
