Submit Your Quote Request

Start by submitting a quote request with your project details.
Include the item type, quantity, preferred in-hand date, and artwork (if available). The more detail you provide up front, the faster we can confirm pricing and timelines.

Review & Project Guidance

Once we receive your request, we’ll review the details and follow up with any questions needed to finalize your project.
All design and digitizing work is handled in-house, ensuring your artwork is built specifically for embroidery—not simply converted from a file.

Proof Approval

A digital proof is provided for review before embroidery begins.

This step ensures design size, placement, and overall layout are approved so there are no surprises during production.

In-House Production

Once approved, your project moves into production at The Embroidery Studio.

All embroidery is completed on-site, allowing us to maintain quality control, consistency, and turnaround accuracy throughout the process.

Pickup or Delivery

When production is complete, we’ll notify you for local pickup or delivery arrangements.

Shipping options, if applicable, are discussed during the quote process.

Most quotes are confirmed within 1 business day. Rush options available when needed.
